Retirement age in Morocco: when you can claim your pension
When you can retire depends on your year of birth and how many years you have been insured. The calculator above shows the earliest age and the age for a full pension, and what each age would pay.
The rules in brief
- CNSS old-age pension: Private-sector employees can retire at 60 with at least 3,240 days of contributions. The pension is 50% of the average monthly pay of the last 96 months (counted up to MAD 6,000), plus 1% for each 216 additional days, up to 70%. Workers with fewer days get their contributions back. A pension reform is under discussion.
